On Friday, high school divers will perform at 3:30PM.  The divers will need to arrive by 2:30PM for warm-ups.  They will compete with a series of 6 dives each and the top 3 winners for both men and women will receive something and the totals will go to the team score for the relays.  At 5:30PM, the high school swim teams will be able to warm-up.  There will be 6 schools so each school will have a lane to warm-up in.  At 7:30PM the relays will begin.  There are 10 relay races and each team will be allowed one relay per race.  The top 3 schools for each relay will receive something and when Relay for the Dragon is finished, the top 3 schools with the overall score will be announced and receive a larger prize.  Since this is for TU Swimming & Diving Team, the TU swimmers and divers will be helping as needed (timing, concessions, selling programs, etc.). *These high schools will be neighboring schools of Tiffin, hoping to draw in the parents as well as look for recruits.*

On Saturday, college and university divers will perform at 11AM.  The divers will need to arrive by 10AM for warm-ups.  They will compete with a series of 6 dives each and the top 3 winners for both men and women will receive something and the totals will go to the team score for the relays.  At 1PM, the college/university swim teams will be able to warm-up.  There will be 6 schools so each school will have a lane to warm-up in.  At 3PM the relays will begin.  There are 10 relay races and each team will be allowed one relay per race.  The top 3 schools for each relay will receive something and when Relay for the Dragon is finished, the top 3 schools with the overall score will be announced and receive a larger prize.  Since this is for TU Swimming & Diving Team, it will be used as a recruiting tool for high school swimmers to come see them perform.  Also, co-curricular will be offered to TU students to work the swim meet as needed (timing, concessions, selling programs, etc.).  *These colleges will most likely be from about 2 hours away at the most.  They will also most likely be DIII schools since I am not sure if swimming against DII schools is against regulation or not.

There will be two days of Relay for the Dragon:  Friday night and Saturday afternoon.  On Friday night, local high school schools will swim relays and on Saturday afternoon various colleges, including Tiffin University will swim relays.  Each team that participates will have to pay a $50 entry fee.

At Relay for the Dragon, there will be a program each night with the school's information on it.  This goes into the $50 entry fee, but there will also be room for local businesses in/around Tiffin to advertise.  These advertisements, depending on the size, will cist the businesses a fee and will also be part of the fundraiser.

Lastly, there will be a price for spectators to watch the event and programs will be sold as well as concessions.  There will be a space for coaches to have some free snacks as well.
